Feel free to add a topping of shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese to the casserole just before it's finished baking. It's an easy change of pace from a larger boiled dinner, and it will satisfy that craving. If you'd like to cut down on baking time, steam the cabbage for about 10 minutes before combining it with the corned beef. It is quite simple to make: in a bowl, combine a cream of mushroom soup and chopped onion. Add the corned beef and cabbage. Lightly sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper over the casserole. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake the casserole for about 30 minutes. Check and add a small amount of water, broth, or milk if it seems dry. Cover and continue cooking for about 30 minutes longer, or until the cabbage is tender. Serve and enjoy!

Corned beef hash. Wondering how to make corned beef hash? It’s easy. Just sauté some onions, add chopped boiled potatoes and chopped cooked corned beef, and let them sizzle in the pan until browned and crispy at the edges. So good! Of course, do make sure to add some eggs. You can add eggs in two ways: Fry or poach a few eggs in a separate pan and serve them alongside your hash or Make a few nests in your pan of corn beef and crack the eggs into them. Cover the pan for a few minutes until the whites are set, and then serve the eggs and the hash together.

Corned beef and noodles.  You can go a bit crazy with this one. Simply cook your noodle of choice based on the instructions, place them in a baking dish with your corned beef and preferred add-ons like cheese, any kind of cream soup, onions, salt, pepper, and bake—even leftovers! You can pat yourself in the back and call yourself a man for using the oven. Instant and very easy to make.
